Parish Prayer Team Ministry
Jesus told his disciples a parable on the necessity of praying always and never losing heart...

"Whoever asks receives, whoever seeks finds, to whoever knocks is admitted. What Father among you would give his son a snake if he asks for a fish, or hand him a scorpion if he asks for an egg? If you, with all your sins, know how to give good things to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?"
-Luke 11:10-13

As Christians, we believe that prayer is the most powerful force in heaven and earth. As parishioners at St. Clement Church, we pledge to raise up the needs of our brothers and sisters in ceaseless prayer to God our Father.

St. Clement's is pleased to invite you to participate in a Parish Prayer Team Ministry. You can participate in one of two ways:

Become a Prayer Team Member: Parishioners are invited to meet each Wednesday from 11:00am to 12:00pm (noon) and pray for the expressed needs of others. Please contact the parish office to indicate your interest in participating as a member of this prayer team.

Send in your Prayer Requests: Let us know if you have particular concerns or intentions for which we can pray. Prayer intentions may be of different kinds --

Prayers of Petition: Express Particular needs

Prayers of Praise: Tell the Wonders of God

Prayers of Thanksgiving: What has God done for You?

Prayers of Intercession: Who else needs prayers?

You may call in or mail your prayers to the parish office or place your petition in the regular collection basket.

All prayer requests will be held in sacred confidence.

As members of the Family of God, we care for all our brothers and sisters. Prayer is the most effective way we can express that love. Let us raise you, your needs, and your loved ones to the Lord.

Jesus Said, "When the Son of Man comes, will he find any faith on earth?" As St. Clement Church, we pray that our faith will be sustained and given increase through these spiritual exercises for the good of others.
